10 Cars You MUST Drive in Your Lifetime

#7: Duesenberg SJ

Another timeless classic, the Duesenberg SJ is harder to find these days than the mass-produced Model Ts, but if you can find one, you absolutely have to take it out on the town.

The Duesenberg J got supercharged in 1932, creating the SJ, which was, at the time, one of the most powerful and most elegant cars in the world. While Ford continues to thrive today, Duesenberg folded in 1940, making their cars all the more rare and special.

The SJ is particularly impressive, weighing over 2.5 tons(!), and packing in an unheard-of-at-the-time 320 horsepower. This mix of enormous weight and pure muscle made the Duesenberg SJ one of the most unique cars ever produced, and if you can somehow track one down (estimates place the number of functional SJs around today in the mid-30s), you’ll be in for a driving experience unlike any other.

#6: Porsche Boxster S

Many experts in the automotive industry will tell you that if you’re looking for the ultimate experience in control while driving, you should get your hands on a Porsche Boxster S.

Porsche has been making great automobiles for decades, and they’ve refined their craft, creating vehicles that corner and steer better than anything else on the market.

Driving a Porsche Boxster S isn’t a very unattainable goal – if you don’t know someone who has one, you can always rent one for some pretty reasonable prices.

But heed the warning: after driving a Boxster S, driving anything else just might not be as fulfilling.
